DISPLAY TIME:       9:00AM TO 4:00PM

 

The Building will be open all day on the previous Friday and at 7:00am on Saturday for set up by 9:00AM. Exhibitor agrees to be unloaded and set up by 9:00am on Saturday.  If special arrangements are needed for earlier set up, please advise us.

 

Exhibitor agrees not to tack, staple or tape decorations to the wall or floor.  Electrical hookups are available on a first come basis and upon special request.

 

If you wish a signed confirmation of your table (s), please send a self-addressed return envelop.  There will be no cancellations or refunds after October 16th.

 

Exhibitors will be furnished up to two name tags as requested.
