	Veterans Day Parade Manchester's Veteran's Celebration is always held on the Saturday before Veteran's Day. The Community Building The community building may be reserved for your reunions, weddings, or other events. Please contact the City of Manchester to reserve at 706-846-3141. Black Bart at City Pond Black Bart can be seen at the city pond. Come by and see this elegant swan. A lighted walking trail around the pond is open continually for use for those wanting to get out of the house.
