This is a great site! When I was 18 I moved to Warm Springs, GA as a live-in Nanny. During the Summer of 1995, the family had temperary positions at the Roosevelt Warm Springs Rehabilitation Center and we lived in Warm Springs until late December 95. I worked part-time at the Maxway in Manchester and made several friends. I was just trying to look up a few of them online and came across this website.
I miss the Maxway gang, very much ... Jason, Sissy, Jessica, Liz, Mr. Trent, Mr. Nickleson, Roy, and Denise.
JoAnn, Pat, Rick, and the rest of the Mailroom & staff at the Roosevelt Center are forever remembered and missed. As a young woman, 1000+ miles from home, my family and friends, you made me feel safe & at home.. for that I'll be forever thankful!

I graduated from MHS in 1984 and have now been married to Ken (Buck) now for sixteen years. Time has gone by sooo fast. We have two wonderful kids. Watching them grow has been exciting. It doesn't matter how old they get they will always be "Our Babies." Now I know exactly how my parents felt. We are only an hour and thirty minutes from home(Manchester) so we do visit alot. It's important to Ken and I that they kids get a taste of that wonderful small town life;and it is wonderful. I miss living in Manchester.
